How much does a website cost?
Fixed prices on the pricing page: two websites (Starter and Pro), Custom for bigger projects, and every other service at one price. You see the exact total, with every option, before you pay anything.
Do we pay before we see anything?
No. We build your homepage first and send it with your proposal. You pay a deposit only when you accept, and the balance only after you approve the finished site.
What if we don't like the design?
Tell us what's off and we'll change it. If you never approve the design within your included rounds, your deposit comes back in full.
Who owns the website?
You. Your domain, Google profile and accounts are in your name from day one; the finished site files are yours once it's paid. No lock-in.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for the website. Covered hosting is $0 for an ordinary business website; your domain renews separately with your registrar. Monthly plans are optional help, and you can cancel any time.
How long does it take?
Your homepage usually arrives within one business day. The finished site takes about 7 business days for Starter and about 10 for Pro (Custom is scheduled in your quote), counted once your deposit is paid and your checklist is in. Time waiting on your review isn't counted.
What do you need from us?
About 25 minutes in all: the ten-minute brief, then a short checklist (photos if you have them, licenses, anything only you know) and a few clicks to give access to your domain and Google profile. Most items have a “write it for us” or “skip” option.
Can we cancel partway through?
Yes. Before you approve the design, your deposit comes back in full. After that you pay what was due up to the stage reached, and you get the work paid for. Monthly plans cancel online; a month already started isn't refunded.
Who will we work with?
Our studio, start to finish. Every page is designed and checked by hand before you see it, and your private project page answers your questions right away. Our own software does the repetitive parts, so you never wait on us.
Can you help with Google, reviews and email too?
Yes: Google Business Profile, reviews, directory listings, business email, logos, booking, payments, ads and more, each at a fixed price you see in your proposal.
Do you work with businesses outside our area?
Yes, anywhere in the United States. Everything happens online on your private project page: the brief, your homepage, the proposal, signing, payments, photos and messages.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes: websites can be paid as 12 monthly payments with no deposit (the first is paid when you sign; monthly costs a little more in total). The total is always shown before you choose.
What happens after launch?
Your included month of Care starts: changes, monitoring and a monthly report. After that a plan is optional, and your site stays up either way.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No honest studio can; Google and the market decide those. We promise the work, show you exactly what we did, and report the numbers every month.
