Refund a purchase

Changed your mind? That's fine. Within 14 days you can get your first refund here yourself, with no need to wait for us. If this email or card has been refunded before, the request goes to our support team instead, and they reply within one business day. The money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.

Bought through a marketplace such as Fiverr? Refunds for those go through that marketplace's own resolution process.
