Pricing questions

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your proposal lists every line before you sign. The only outside costs are things in your own name: your domain (usually $10 to $20 a year), business email licenses if you want them, and ad spend if you run ads.

Why is this less than an agency?

Our own studio software handles the busywork (set-up, checks, paperwork, first drafts), so your money goes to design, words and getting you found, not overhead. You still get a site designed for your business and finished by hand.

How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?

You don't build anything. We design it, write it, set up local search for your town and check it on every screen. You get a studio that answers on your project page, not a help center, and everything stays in your name.

How do the monthly payments work?

Pick 12 monthly payments on your proposal; the first is made when you sign, and the total is shown before you choose. The site goes live once you approve it; the files transfer to you after the last payment.

Can I cancel Care or Growth?

Yes, online in one step, any time. Your website stays up either way.

What if I don't like the design?

We change it within your included rounds. If you never approve the design, your deposit comes back in full.
